Since 2014
Aurora began as a two-person cart on Lantern Street, pulling shots for the early market crowd. Ten years later the cart has become a room — warm timber, soft light, and the same obsession with a single perfect cup.
We buy directly from four family farms, roast in small weekly batches, and bake everything on site. Nothing is rushed, and nothing arrives on a truck already finished.
Most of all, Aurora is a place to sit. Stay for one cup or the whole afternoon — the table is yours.
